Hats are very, very important to the African- American culture

Carthan was one of about 70 people on hand for Sunday's event, dedicated to all things hats. The reason?

"So many times when you're in the hospital, it's before the milk comes in. They come here and I have a little room upstairs that I help them with all breastfeeding support."
